Derawan Dive Resort is located on Derawan island; Berau District; East Kalimantan; Indonesia which is about 120 minutes by boat from Tanjung Redeb; the capital city of Berau District.

Sangalaki island is about 45 minutes by boat; Kakaban island is about 60 minutes and Maratua island takes 90 minutes. During the day you can visit Derawan village which is only 15 minutes from the resort. You can see the Bajau people daily life.
